My beautiful horse "Daphne" Is away having some training this week.

I went for a visit today to watch her train. She looked gorgeous !! So young, healthy & fit....

Looking forward to her coming home...

Its is cold & rainy here today. I have been watching all the beautiful rosellas & galahs poking around outside eating the seed I put out for them.....

The Homeless & Lonely....

This picture in The Age dated 20/08/2010 made my heart feel heavy & sad.... Both ends of the social scale....One who has so much & one who has so little !!!!

It reminded me how lucky we all are to have a home....a family.... friends.... & all the things in life that make us comfortable & happy.

This article has inspired me to do more for people. I have decided to give some of my time to help others.

Little Shop Update....

Just thought I would let you know I am doing a little shop update this evening...

Adding a few little lavender squares made from gorgeous vintage barkcloth fabric.... A pretty little cushion made from an old vintage linen table cloth in green & white... I may add a couple of sweet little drawstring laundry bags if i get them finished.... & last but not least a pretty wheat bag made with Japanese floral linen  &  sage green stripe cotton with a touch of lavender added  Mmmmm.........
